ROLE OF HYWAYAPP

  1. hywayApp only provides a technology platform that connects intending travelers with bus operators. It doesn’t operate any bus or offer the service of transportation to the User. hywayApp also doesn’t act as an agent of any bus operator in the process of providing the above-mentioned technology platform services.
  2. The bus ticket booking voucher which hywayApp issues to a User is solely based on the information provided or updated by the bus operator regarding the seat availability.
  3. The amenities, services, routes, fares, schedule, bus type, seat availability and any other details pertaining to the bus service are provided by the respective bus operator and hywayApp has no control over such information provided by the bus operator.
  4. The arrival and departure times mentioned on the ticket are only tentative timings. Buses may be delayed due to some unavoidable reasons like traffic jams etc. However, the bus will not leave the source before the time that is mentioned on the ticket. Passengers are advised to call the bus partner contact number mentioned in the ticket and reconfirm the boarding point location and departure time on the day of journey.
  5. Payment gateway/service charges – hywayApp will not charge any additional payment gateway charge or service unless otherwise specified in the booking details page.

HywayApp Responsibility

1. Generation of a valid bus ticket through its partners/operators.
2. Sending an SMS, Email for ticket confirmation/cancellation.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY OF HYWAYAPP

In its role as a technology platform to enable transactions between the bus operators and the Users, hywayApp shall not be responsible for the operations of the bus operator including, but not limited to the following:
 
1. Any incorrect data provided by customer while booking the ticket.
2. Any Bus delays, breakdowns, service cancellations and accidents.
3. Any misbehaviour by the bus partner staff or co-passenger.
4. Loss/damage of baggage.
5. Late arrival by customer at the boarding point.
6. Customer phone not reachable, bus partner did not call at the boarding point and left without picking the customer.
7. Customer waiting at wrong boarding point.
8. Any change of seat numbers done by the bus partner manually.
9. Bus partner changing the boarding point for any reason.
10. Bus partner arranging a different vehicle for pickup at boarding point and boarding the actual vehicle at a different place.
11. Improper booking done by agent, please contact the agent directly.
12. Bus partner not providing In-bus amenities/facilities mentioned while booking.
13. Change of bus type by Bus partner for any reason.
14. Bus fares are not controlled by hywayApp, so any change in fares is not the responsibility of hywayApp.
15. The fare might vary based on the seat selected. So the fare shown in the ‘Search Page’ and ‘Seat Selection Page’ might vary. For Govt. Bus Partner’s Bookings, Total fare is calculated as per the Govt. Rules after entering the passenger’s age.
16. The rules and regulations for carrying luggages vary among bus partners. Most of the bus partners allow 15-20 Kgs of luggage (Bags, Suitcases) per passenger. Bus Partner has sole discretion to allow passengers to carry any other form of luggages like carton boxes etc. HywayApp is not responsible in case passenger is not allowed to board the bus if the luggage is inappropriate (valuable goods, explosives, carton boxes etc) to carry in the bus. Please check with bus partner directly in case any extra luggage/carton boxes etc are being carried.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE USERS

  1. Users are advised to call the bus operator to find out the exact boarding point, or any information which they may need for the purpose of boarding or travel in that trip.
  2. At the time of boarding the bus, Users shall furnish a copy of the ticket, and any valid identity proof like aadhar card, passport, PAN card or voter identification card or any other identity proof issued by a government authority.
  3. Users are required to reach the boarding place at least 30 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
  4. All tickets issued shall be non-transferable.

General Terms & Conditions

By downloading or using the app, you automatically agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding. You may not copy, modify, extract the source code, or create derivative versions of the app. All trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property remain the sole property of Hywayzone LLP.

Hywayzone LLP ensures that HywayApp remains a useful and efficient platform. We reserve the right to modify the app or introduce charges for its services at any time. However, any applicable fees will always be communicated to users in advance

Data Security & Device Restrictions

HywayApp processes personal data provided by users to deliver its services. Keeping your phone and app access secure is your responsibility. Jailbreaking or rooting your device can compromise security and affect the app’s performance, so we strongly discourage it.

Internet & Network Usage

Some app features require an active internet connection, either through Wi-Fi or mobile data. If your connection is weak or unavailable, certain functions may not work correctly. Using the app outside a Wi-Fi zone may result in mobile data charges, including possible roaming fees. You accept full responsibility for any data-related costs.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

If you need to cancel a bus booking, you must follow the bus operator’s cancellation policy. HywayApp offers a simple interface for passengers to manage their bookings, including the option to cancel bus bookings when necessary. However, the operator determines refund policies, and Hywayzone LLP does not control these terms. Before submitting a cancel bus booking request, review the cancellation terms carefully.

Liability Disclaimer

We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information. However, third-party sources supply details such as schedules, seat availability, and pricing. Since Hywayzone LLP does not generate this data, we cannot guarantee complete accuracy. Users should verify critical details before making travel arrangements.

App Updates & Termination

HywayApp is available on Android and iOS, and system requirements may change. Keeping the app updated ensures smooth functionality. If the app becomes incompatible with your device, it may stop working. We may also discontinue the app at any time without prior notice. Upon termination, you must delete the app from your device, and all granted rights will end.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

We update these Terms and Conditions periodically. Users should review this page for updates. Any significant changes will be communicated clearly.
